Signature Cocktails

Take 4 blackberries, muddle in shaker 

Add 1/4 lemon squeezed, a splash of lime concentrate, and 1 Tbsp sugar

Add 2oz Wilson County Whiskey 

Shake and strain over ice

Muddle 1Tbsp FROG Jam in shaker 

Add 1.5oz Cedar's Gin 

Shake and pour over ice 

Top with ginger ale or beer

*Tip* FROG Jam is traditionally made using Fig, Rasberry, Orange Peel, & Ginger. Use any tasty jam or jelly instead of FROG if you don't have it on hand!

2 oz Wilson County Whiskey on ice 

Fill with Alley Cat fruit tea 

Top with 1/2oz Cumberland Gold Liqueur 

GinDewMe

2oz Cedars Gin 

Top with Mountain Dew

Squeeze a twist of lime

Pineapple Powerhouse 

Combine in shaker and muddle: ginger pieces, 1 sage leaf,

1 pineapple piece, 1tsp powdered sugar

Add 1.5oz of Cedars Gin and shake 

Strain over ice 

Top with Ginger Beer

Caramel Macchiato

Combine in shaker: 2.5oz Cold Brew Coffee & 2oz Grand Dad's Coffee Creamer

Shake and strain over ice 

Top with whipped cream and caramel

Straw-Burst

1.5oz Vanilla Infused Vodka

Top with Strawberry Fanta 

Add a splash of half-and-half

NOT the Irish Carbomb 

Fill glass 3/4 way with Root Beer 

Drop in 2oz shot of Grand Dad's Coffee Creamer

JC Oaks Lily 

Muddle 3 blackberries in shaker 

In Collins glass, combine 1tsp powdered sugar, squeeze of lemon & lime, 

Add 2oz Cranberry juice 

Add 1.5oz Cedar's Gin 

Shake and strain over ice 

Top with blackberry garnish
