Jug Creek Distillery was founded by Kyle Luttrell and Heath Frazier in 2015, two friends as close as brothers with the common enjoyment and love for craft distilled spirits. Both highly successful in the medical industry, each holding Master's Degrees in Nursing, yet both craved to follow their dreams to own a distillery together. Kyle, a native of Huntland, Tennessee, currently resides in Adamsville, TN with his wife Natalie and daughters Sadie, Silvie, and Savvy. Heath, a native of Marks, Mississippi, currently resides in Lebanon, TN with his wife Angela, and children Hunter, Maci, Addy, and Olivia. The two have lived both near and far from each other over the last ten years, but one thing has never wavered is their brotherhood and friendship to each other.​

Jug Creek is located in Wilson County Tennessee on scenic Oregon Road, near the Rutherford County line. Beautiful country side, rolling hills, and creeks surround the property. The distillery is just a short drive from Nashville, the home of Country music, and just a hop and a skip down the road from local Arrington Vineyard and Short Mountain Distillery.
The definition of a craft is an activity involving skill in making things by hand. Jug Creek Distillery is embodying this definition, with all distilling, bottling, and proofing being done by hand. In trying to promote Tennessee growth and business, local grains are used to provide the unique flavor of each spirit produced, when possible. Jug Creek Distillery is a close knit establishment with one common goal; to provide the consumer with the best distilled spirit that has ever crossed their lips.
