Our tours are suspended during the months of February and March to allow us to complete inventory and yearly maintenance on our equipment. Due to the unpredictable and often frigid winter weather of TN, this is the best time of year to do these necessary tasks. Since our stillhouse isn't heated, it can get pretty chilly back there this time of year anyway! Have no fear though, what you really came for is still available- the tasting of our products! For $7, you can try all of our available products that we have. Sometimes we might even have a test batch of something available to sip!

We also have cocktails that feature our products available any time we are open. We serve both traditional cocktails, as well as custom concoctions that change from week to week. You never know what will be on the menu when you stop by!
